  • Your comfort matters. Sessions can take place in ways that feel natural to you.

    Whether that’s sitting in your home, walking outside, meeting at your favourite café, or connecting online. Flexibility allows therapy to feel less formal and more supportive, so you can focus on what’s important without added stress.

  • Sometimes the focus is less on healing and more on growth. Life coaching sessions support you in creating meaningful change, setting clear goals, and staying motivated to achieve them. If you’re looking for transformation in your career, relationships, or lifestyle, we can help you uncover your strengths and build a practical path forward.

  • Healing often happens in connection with others. Small group counselling sessions (3–4 people) bring together individuals facing similar challenges, such as anxiety, stress, or life transitions.

    In these sessions, you’ll find encouragement, belonging, and community in a safe space where you are understood and supported.

  • If you’re going through a recent challenge or stressful event, short-term therapy can help you regain balance. Over 3–6 focused sessions, we’ll work through what’s happening right now and explore strategies that help you move forward. This is ideal if you’re seeking immediate support without long-term commitment.

  • Studying can bring its own set of challenges. Stress, performance pressure, homesickness, or adjusting to life away from family and friends. we offer counselling tailored to students, including international students, with cultural awareness and sensitivity.

I’m Sonja. The founder and lead counsellor at Soul Seasons.

I am based in Sydney but have navigated my counselling and support work through both online and in-person sessions.

I am passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges with warmth and compassion. I offer counselling for anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, PTSD, and stress, as well as general mental health and wellbeing support.

My approach combines Person-Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide evidence-based strategies tailored to your needs. Whether you are looking for face-to-face counselling in Sydney or the flexibility of online counselling sessions, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your concerns, build resilience, and work towards positive change at your own pace.
